Kaci dives in and shares her history with sleep (or lack thereof) that started in her teenage years where she was able to fall asleep almost anywhere but had trouble staying asleep. She then walks you through the different phases of sleep and why each one is so important, the difference between sleep quality and sleep quantity, and how you can take back your ability to get more sleep! From the way that your brain functions, to the things you can benefit from just by getting a good night's rest, she then goes into three ways you can help improve your sleep.
